A “mom hack” that’s actually helpful.

My daughter is now 16 years old. She remained 5 foot until the middle of last school year when all of a sudden she had extreme leg pains ect.. needless to say, about a month later we realize she grew 3 inches at 16 years old! We thought she was going to be a midget for life lol, but we’re told that she experienced a “2nd puperty” & that she would probably experience it again in her early 20s. I do, however, want to add the fact that she got her period at 8 years old! I could not make this up!! it was extremely sad & a scary time for her, but all in all, it made her a more adaptive, independent, & accepting teenager, who is just absolutely flourishing in life. The doctors told us that she would never grow over 4’9” when she was a baby. I am telling you this because there is hope.

Hey honey I for one am not a doctor nor can really offer any advice. I’m commenting because like you at 12 weeks my unborn daughter was diagnosed with Turner’s syndrome however she was born perfectly normal. My question to you, is your daughter showing signs of turners; Webb feet, wide neck, etc? Then you all can make a determination on how to move forward. Ps in our case our doctor unfortunately was wrong, I’m just saying

Yes “system shock” that’s the best way to put it. I feel that on son many levels, I just had baby #3 and our last in July. It’s been magical, I always thank my first because he made me a mommy, I’m here holding baby #3 because of him. 🥹

Hello! I want to point out something! If your baby is one year old or younger please please please do not let them sleep with a pillow, and make them sleep in a crib. Also, no blanket. If you do this it increases your babies chance of SIDS, aka sudden infant death syndrome. I don’t want your beautiful baby to die, please consider these!!

Solo parenting is definitely not for the weak, 5 days a week I am basically solo parenting and it’s exhausting with a 10 week old and 20 month old but once you do it enough it does just becomes routine.
